Other tools that may or may not come in handy are balance and flexibility. I look at strength as a tool you would use to achieve your goal of survival. Imagine being cornered and you have to climb the side of a building by pulling yourself up to the escape ladder or have to push against a door to keep the horde from breaking in. You say survival is more important than strength but strength can help lead to your survival.
